Explanatory Note
On February 2, 2018, Rodin Global Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K for the purpose of announcing the acquisition of an office building located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to provide the required financial information with respect to the acquisition.
