On April 19, 2018, Entegra Financial Corp. (the “Registrant”), the holding company for Entegra Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2018. In connection with issuing the press release, on April 20, 2018 at 8:30 am ET, the Registrant intends to hold a conference call to discuss the press release.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
