Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure .
On April 16, 2018, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") announced it will release its first quarter 2018 financial results on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, and will hold a teleconference and live webcast on Wednesday, May 2 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

No pass code is required. A live webcast will also be available through the Partnership's website at www.tcpipelineslp.com.
