Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 12, 2018, Patrick Industries, Inc. issued a press release announcing that on Thursday, April 26, 2018, it expects to release its first quarter financial results before the market opens, and also conduct a conference call to discuss first quarter results and other business matters. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
