ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.


On April 9, 2018, Repro Med Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in respect of ongoing litigation involving the second of EMED Technologies Corporation’s patents. The decision invalidated nine of the patent’s ten claims.
