Item 8.01. Other Events.
 
Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has granted the Request for Rehearing of the PTAB’s Decision Denying Institution of the Inter Partes Review filed by Incyte Corporation against the Company’s U.S. Patent No. 9,249,149. The Company believes in the validity of its patent and intends to vigorously defend the claims.
