On April 5, 2018, Luther Burbank Corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the date that it will report its earnings for the quarter ending March 31, 2018. A copy of the April 5, 2018 press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
