On April 4, 2018, Wize Pharma, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has completed enrolment of all 62 patients in its multi-center Phase II clinical trial in Israel of LO2A for the treatment of patients with moderate to severe Conjunctivochalasis. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
