Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 4, 2018, management of Sport Endurance, Inc. (the "Company") finalized a Presentation for investors regarding its subsidiary, Yield Endurance, Inc. ("Yield"), and Yield's business model for the cryptocurrency business markets. A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
