Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 2, 2018, Unico American Corporation issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the news release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
