ITEM 5.03 – AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS
On January 26th, 2018, the Board of Directors adopted an Amendment to its Articles, changing the name of the Corporation to TOKEN COMMUNITIES LTD; the State of Delaware effectuated said change on January 26th, 2018; and on March 20th, 2018, FINRA granted effectiveness for said changes and the ticker Symbol “TKCM”.
