On March 30, 2018, Esterline Technologies Corporation filed Amendment No. 1 to its Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for the fiscal year ended September 29, 2017, and quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended December 29, 2017 (collectively, the “Reports”). Supplemental information regarding the financial results for periods presented in the Reports is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The supplemental financial information should be read in conjunction with the note regarding forward-looking statements, which is included as part of the supplemental financial information.
