Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers
Effective March 23, 2018, Cynthia Jenkins resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (“PetVivo”). Concurrent with her resignation, John Lai, President of PetVivo, was appointed Interim CFO of PetVivo until a suitable and qualified person is obtained to serve as its regular CFO.
