Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On March 23, 2018, Jeffrey Dougan, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the "Company"), gave notice to the Company of his resignation, effective April 27, 2018, in order to accept a position as the chief executive officer of a Boston based hospitality management company. Mr. Dougan's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
