On March 27, 2018, Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. (“Playa” or the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
