Financial and Operating Guidance and Updated Investor Presentation
On March 26, 2018, HighPoint Resources Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release containing 2018 financial and operating guidance, and providing an initial outlook for 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Additionally, an updated corporate presentation will be posted on the Company's website at www.hpres.com by 6:00 a.m. Mountain time on Monday, March 26, 2018.
