Introductory Comment – Use of Terminology

 

Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms “the Company,” “we” and “our” refers to Tyme Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tyme”).

 

Item 8.01. Other Events

On March 23, 2018 the Board of Directors of Tyme adopted a compensation committee charter establishing a compensation committee. A copy of the compensation committee charter is available on Tyme’s website at https://ir.tymeinc.com. Any information contained on Tyme’s website, including the committee charter, is not incorporated by reference herein and shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act, as amended.

The Board appointed Messrs. Paul Sturman, David Carberry, and Tommy G. Thompson as members to the newly formed committee. Mr. Sturman was appointed as chair of the compensation committee.
