Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 19, 2018, John C. Rosenberg notified Elevate Credit, Inc. (the "Company") that he intends to resign from the board of directors of the Company and any committees thereof. His resignation is anticipated to occur effective as of May 31, 2018. Mr. Rosenberg's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters related to its operations, policies or practices.
