Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On March 19, 2018, Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Novomerica Health Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had entered into a non-binding binding letter of intent to acquire Illinois Spine and Disc Institute, Ltd. and Progressive Health and Rehabilitation, Ltd., both of which are Illinois-based medical care corporations devoted to the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of peripheral neuropathy related spine and neck disorder. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in the website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
