On March 17, 2018, Gerald L. Larsen, Esq. submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of First Foundation Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Foundation Bank (the “Bank”), effective immediately. The decision of Mr. Larsen to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank on any matter relating to the respective operations, policies or practices of the Company or the Bank.
