In its press release dated March 16, 2018, attached as Exhibit 99.1 to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 16, 2018, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced a joint conference call with Alithya Group Inc. (“Alithya”), to be held Monday, March 19, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. ET, to discuss the transaction with Alithya outlined in such press release. On March 19, 2018, the Company posted on its website at ir.edgewater.com presentation slides relating to such conference call, which slides are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
