OTHER EVENTS

On March 16, 2018, Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Knight Transportation, Inc., acquired all of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Abilene Motor Express, Inc. and related entities (collectively, “AME”). AME is a diversified truckload carrier located in Richmond, Virginia operating throughout the contiguous United States and Canada, with approximately $100 million in annual revenues and an operating ratio in the low 90s.
