Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 16, 2018, Energy XXI Gulf Coast, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing certain operational updates for the fiscal year and quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
