Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 12, 2018, Mina Kim notified Sunrun Inc. (the "Company") of her intention to resign as General Counsel and Secretary effective April 6, 2018.  It is expected that Ms. Kim will enter into a consulting arrangement with the Company through July 2, 2018 to assist with the transition of her responsibilities.  Ms. Kim’s departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company.
