On March 15, 2018, Quintana Energy Services Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release fourth quarter and full-year 2017 financial results after-market on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 and giving instructions on how to join the Company’s earnings conference call scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, March 29, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
