In March 2018, the Company received a subpoena from the staff of the SEC in connection with an investigation into the accounting charges and related matters involving our Renewable segment in 2016 and 2017. We are cooperating with the staff of the SEC related to the subpoena and investigation. We cannot predict the length, scope or results of the investigation, or the impact, if any, of the investigation on our results of operations.
