Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 14, 2018, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, financial results for the quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2017 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
