On March 13, 2018, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it was named as a recipient of the 2017 Raymond James Community Bankers Cup, according to a report published by Raymond James & Associates on March 8, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
