Condition
On
March 13, 2018, Oxbridge Re
Holdings Limited issued a press release announcing its financial
results for the fourth quarter and
year ending December 31,
2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by
reference.
