Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2018, NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (the “Company”) reported its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release issued by the Company, which refers to certain supplemental information that is available on the Shareholders subpage of the Company’s website at www.nrecorp.com, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Use of Website to Distribute Material Company Information
The Company’s website address is www.nrecorp.com. The Company uses its website as a channel of distribution for important company information. Important information, including press releases, analyst presentations and financial information regarding the Company, is routinely posted on and accessible on the Shareholders subpage of its website, which is accessible by clicking on the tab labeled “Shareholders” on the website home page. The Company also uses its website to expedite public access to time-critical information regarding the Company in advance of or in lieu of distributing a press release or a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing the same information.
