Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2018, MongoDB, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended January 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8‑K and is incorporated by reference.
The information furnished under this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or subject to the liabilities of that section. On March 9, 2018, Carlos Delatorre informed the Company of his intention to resign from his role as Chief Revenue Officer effective May 4, 2018, after the completion of the Company's first quarter of fiscal 2019. The amended and restated offer letter between the Company and Mr. Delatorre, dated September 29, 2017, will terminate as of the date of Mr. Delatorre’s termination.
