(e)    New Form of Award Agreement

Effective March 7, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Christopher & Banks Corporation (the "Company") approved a form of Performance-Based Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement under the Company's 2014 Stock Incentive Plan.

A copy of the form of Performance-Based Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The description of the award agreement included in this Form 8-K is qualified in its entirety by reference to the attached award agreement.
