Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Investors Real Estate Trust (the “Company”) issued an earnings release on March 12, 2018, announcing certain financial and operational results for the three and nine months ended January 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The information in Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 furnished pursuant to Item 9.01, shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section.
