Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 12, 2018, GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release clarifying its prior statement regarding the impact of the U.S. Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on its net income included in the Company’s previously disseminated fourth quarter and full year 2017 earnings release, issued on Thursday, March 8, 2018. The full text of the press release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.*
