Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 12, 2018, Avaya Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it completed its acquisition of Spoken Communications, a leading innovator in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
