ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
As previously disclosed, on February 16, 2018 the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notified us that we no longer met the periodic filing requirement for Nasdaq under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”). On March 8, 2018, Nasdaq notified us that, based on the March 7, 2018 filing of our Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, it has determined that we have regained compliance with the Rule, and this matter is now closed with Nasdaq.
