Item 8.01 Other Events.
As disclosed in My Size, Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, the Company was the beneficiary of a guarantee note issued by an ungraded financial institution. As further disclosed in a current report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on December 6, 2017, on November 30, 2017, the guarantee note was extended such that it expired on February 28, 2018.
On March 5, 2018, the guarantee note was further extended and now expire 180 days from the date of issuance, or September 1, 2018.
