Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Willdan Group, Inc. (“Willdan”) issued a press release on March 8, 2018. The press release announced Willdan’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
