The Tennessee Valley Authority (“TVA”) entered into an agreement on March 5, 2018, to issue $1.0 billion of TVA’s 2.250% Global Power Bonds 2018 Series A Due March 15, 2020 (the “Bonds”). The settlement date for the transaction is March 8, 2018. The Bonds bear a coupon rate of 2.250% and pay interest semi-annually on each March 15 and September 15, beginning September 15, 2018. The Bonds mature on March 15, 2020, and are not subject to redemption prior to maturity.
