This Form 8-K is being filed for the purpose of including a tax opinion with respect to certain disclosures in the Prospectus dated March 8, 2018 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on March 8, 2018 pursuant to Rule 424(b)(3) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, relating to the registration statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-216693-01) filed with the Commission on March 14, 2017, of the PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bearish Fund.
