Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has given written notice to the European Medicines Agency (“EMA”) requesting a re-examination of the negative opinion issued by the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (“CHMP”) in February 2018 regarding the Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) for neratinib for the extended adjuvant treatment of early stage HER2-positive breast cancer.
