On March 8, 2018, Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company’s continued results of its drilling and completion operations as well as a general corporate update. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
