 Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On March 5, 2018, QPAGOS (the “Company”) filed a certificate of amendment to its articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada (the “Amendment”) to effectuate an increase in the authorized common stock from 100,000,000 to 500,000,000 shares. The authorized preferred stock remained at 25,000,000 shares.
