Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On February 23, 2018, the Board of Directors of DOCASA Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change the Company’s fiscal year end to December 31^st from August 31^st. The Company believes this change will benefit the Company by aligning its reporting periods to be more consistent with peer coffee companies. A Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the transition period September 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 will be filed.
