On February 27, 2018, Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
