On February 27, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $50 million of its common stock beginning on March 28, 2018 and ending on December 28, 2018. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
