Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 22, 2018, Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 and issue its financial guidance for 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
