(c) On February 15, 2018, Mr. Cory Kampfer was appointed Head of Operations of On Deck Capital, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Kampfer, 40, will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Legal Officer, a role he has held since March 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Company's General Counsel since November 2011. Before joining the Company, Mr. Kampfer was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from February 2007 to November 2011. Mr. Kampfer holds a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of Georgia, where he graduated First in Class, an M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law.
