Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 22, 2018, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (“NCLH”), which is the direct parent company of NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCLC”), issued a press release regarding NCLH’s financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. NCLH’s financial statements and financial results will differ from NCLC’s in certain respects. NCLC’s financial results for the year and quarter ended December 31, 2017 will be filed on a Form 10-K.
