On February 22, 2018, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (“Spectrum Brands”; NYSE: SPB), a majority owned subsidiary of HRG Group, Inc. (“HRG”; NYSE: HRG), issued a press release announcing that it will provide guidance during its presentation on February 22, 2018 at the 2018 Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY) Conference. Interested parties should read Spectrum Brands’ announcements and public filings regarding the foregoing and any related changes (if any) thereto.
